• 1. Payment PoliciesPhone or email:You can send us an email or call us, providing us with the number of your Credit Card, expire month and year, and the name of the card holder. Never give your verifying number. By this we can charge for the first night for guarante your reservation made by phone or email.

• Hostelworld Book engine:If not use the system above provided by an external company (Hostelworld). They charge for 10% of total booking cost.The deposit and service charge are required to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The remainder is payment on arrival at the hostel. The 10% deposit is per nights accommodation. If you cancel any night, then the deposit for that night will be lost. Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the first night will be charged onto your credit card.The deposit and service charge are required now to confirm and guarantee your reservation, the remainder is due on arrival at the hostel. Deposits are non-refundable and form part of your total accommodation cost.

• 2. Cancellation Policies: Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival time, otherwise the total of the first nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel any individual night of your reservation, then the deposit for that night will be not be refunded or transferred.
